Terms and conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use Evly for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You retain ownership of the content (images, text, data) you upload to Evly. However, by uploading content, you grant Evly a non-exclusive license to host and process that content to provide the service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Certain features of Evly are premium and require payment. All fees are clearly stated before purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors like Razorpay. Usage of premium features is subject to our Refund Policy.

Your Evly wedding website or hosted digital invitation will remain active for one year from the date of successful payment. To keep it active beyond this period, you must renew it by paying an additional renewal fee.

The applicable renewal fee and extension period will be clearly displayed before you confirm renewal. Renewal is optional and will not be charged automatically. If you do not renew, your website or invitation link will become inactive after its validity expires.

Evly is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our digital invitation platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via the platform or email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
